Simply outstanding service. Took the pain out of returning my BMW back to its best. They even agreed to tidy up some unrelated cosmetic blemishes for a very reasonable price. The booking, speed of fix and communication was quite simply excellent. So quick, I didn't get a chance to say thank you. So thank you!

A prompt and accurate estimate of repairs. Regular updates from them over the phone as they carried out the work. Finished 3 days earlier than expected. And, when finished, no sign that there had ever been any repair. Only things I would say... Car nicely washed and cleaned inside but a lot of streaks left on the interior surfaces a day or so later... Maybe just need to use less of whatever that product is. Would definetly go with them again.

Had to wait several weeks to get my car in. Couldn't have a courtesy otherwise this would of took longer to book in.

Car finally went in on the 22nd of March and was finished and back to me on the 29th of April!

Only a bumper and grill job. If you want to lose your car for over a month send it here.

This review is subject to change! Took our car in for bodywork to be repaired. Very good customer service initially, but when we saw the repair in sunlight it was clear that the paintwork was flawed. So why five stars? They immediately acknowledged the mistake, possibly due to some 'off' primer, and booked us in for rectification. So far they have dealt well with this and if the next repair is good then they will keep the five stars.

Apollo Horsham did an excellent job on my repair. I was getting very worried I would not get my car back before Christmas, but they managed to source a part that was on back order from elsewhere. Would use again!
