These guys were provided to me by my insurance company to repair my vehicle. From the first phone call they were supportive and very proactive in helping arrange and repair my vehicle. Not only did they fix it perfectly, the picked up my car, repaired, cleaned and returned it within 14 days in between Xmas and new year (a very busy time!) Admin staff were excellent and helpful, and operational staff were also so helpful and caring. I would highly recommend this company if you need repairs to your vehicle. Check out the repair pictures for their results. 👌🏻

An excellent job of work, which exceeded what they had promised. The car came back looking better than it did when new! The service was very good, friendly and helpful and always willing to explain and discuss questions.

Went through my insurance company who booked in my car using Coachworks. Work took 2 weeks to complete. Curtesy car provided was not adequate for a family car but they exchanged no problem. Regular updates via text or phone calls. Friendly office staff and the man who dropped my car off was very helpful. They did a great job car looks brand new again

Coachwork Renovations did a fantastic job with my car it looks as good as new. Not to mention they were very friendly and provided excellent communication throughout. Would definitely use them again.

Don’t Bother, was involved in a accident, off which the person vehicle went in to the back off me, they tried to say the damage was already there, on top off that the other person lied and said I rolled back. The insurance company didn’t believe me until I told them to request cctv footage of where it happened. That’s not even it..🙄 when they returned my car bk from coach renovations, I realised they had taken the buttons out off my key, for what reason I do not know. They tried to say it was already like that, I sent the guy bk with my car told him not to bring my car bk until my buttons were out bk.. now because off their idiotic behaviour they have to get me a whole new fob, because they don’t make my key anymore. This isn’t the first time they have ruin keys off mine. They ruined my other key but insurance didn’t do anything. Luckily I had a spare, now this! They weren’t getting away this time.

I am personally very sceptical of reviews online as they can often look fake, apart from the negative ones if enough people complain about the same thing. Unfortunately, this garage has a fair few negative reviews of stuff being stolen from inside cars and you being stuck as you signed to say you took out all the stuff you wanted to keep. After reading these I took out EVERYTHING including my spare wheel but somehow forgot my phone holder and local parking permit, neither of which were taken!

The ladies on the phones either don’t enjoy their jobs or want you off the phone ASAP. I don’t think our conversations lasted more than 10 seconds total but if I sat there all day listening to customers moaning about their damaged cars I would probably learn to politely keep it brief as they did.

Aside from this my experience was great. My car was picked up at a date and time to suit me and the flatbed driver was polite and completed his paperwork quickly. I tracked my repair with their website and it was done on the date predicted. My car came back (again at a time to suit me) repaired and looking MUCH shinier than when it left me (see attached images). They clearly replaced the whole bumper but now I have a black scuff plate that I did not have before. Result!

All in all a very good experience with minimal effort on my part.

Admittedly we didn't get off to a great start when there was no courtesy car available on the day that my car was booked in, which meant I booked the day off work and waited around for nothing. The most frustrating thing being a lack of customer service skills in dealing with this - barely an apology and no alternatives suggested aside from "hopefully we'll have one for you tomorrow". I told them to re-book me when they could guarantee I wouldn't be taking the day off work for no reason, which they did.

Credit where it's due, I let them know how dissatisfied I was up to this point and they couldn't do enough to change that once the car was in. I was regularly kept up to date on the progress by a friendly lady called Becky and the work was done to a fantastic standard and in good time. There was a small bit of plastic trim in the inside door handle that was broken when I collected. I let them know and they ordered the part, I popped the car in one night and they sorted it. Everybody else that I came into contact with after the initial booking-in process were friendly and helpful.

From my understanding there's 2 departments to their admin team - booking in vehicles, and updating on workshop progress. The ladies doing the former could do with some customer service training. Everything else, great.

My car was taken here to be repaired through my insurance company,the service was brilliant,car returned nice and clean and shiny. Unfortunately my key fob was broken upon return but I rang and spoke to Alan who apologised and ordered me a new one so I took my car back to them to calibrate the key. The receptionist Becky was amazing so friendly helpful and bubbly nothing was too much trouble.I ended up with a courtesy car as there was a technical difficulty with my key! But it was sorted in a day so all in all a great service. Thank you
