Nigel and his team are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for them and it is great to be able to use a local business, even if the reason for needing them was not good.

I would just like to thank nigel and the staff at final touch for doing a fantastic job with my alfa romeo mito. After my car was crashed into over night whilst away, I needed anew passenger side wing and the whole side painting. It's in etna black which is a pearlescent colour and can look odd when repainted. But the job is absolutely fantastic and done to top quality. My car now looks like a brand new one with the extra wax finish they put onto it. Fantastic job and would recommend anybody to go for the best finish in rugby.

Really negative experience with this garage. Went in for a quote and was surprised when quoted £650. I went to another garage who quoted me £285 and did a fantastic job for less than half the price quoted by Final Touch.
The staff member I spoke with at Final Touch was also very abrupt and offhand (didn't remotely try to hide his annoyance that I was surprised at such a high quote). Can't comment on their work as I didn't use them in the end but certainly wouldn't recommend for customer service or value for money.

Friendly staff and competitive repair prices to other local body shops.
You'd never know your vehicle had been damaged after it's been repaired here.

Whilst they weren't able to fix what I needed, they happily suggested an alternate location that could, so I can't fault them for that.
