East Grinstead Crash Repairs

Our insurer referred us to East Grinstead Crash Repairs after a minor accident. I can't fault the service, despite the 3rd party claims handling company being a bit of a nightmare, the team at East Grinstead worked with me to get the car booked in, repaired and to pick up and deliver the vehicle at a convenient time. The customer service from the team was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help me deal with the 3rd party claims handlers. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

This garage was selected through insurance and I am so pleased with the result. Turnaround time for repairs was a week and they have done an immaculate job, even washed and valeted my car on return. The guys were very friendly and the portal kept me updated throughout the repair which meant I did not have to call anybody to chase updates. The repairs have been done to an amazing standard thank you so much.
