The people working there looked at the issue, took a few pictures and told me that they would send an estimate the following day.
I use my vehicle for work so I was really looking to get it sorted as soon as possible.
I didn’t hear from Carcomm the next day so I phoned them up and the receptionist said that the person who is dealing with my estimate is not there and will be back the following day.
The next day they finally sent me an estimate and I agreed to it so they said they will order the parts, it should take a day and then they can fix it.
I didn’t hear from them the following day either so I phoned them up and then they said that the person who would fix the car is not there and will be back next week…. The next week I went back to find out that a part was missing so they had to make another order… And it took an extra day to get the part, and fix the car in the afternoon.
Overall it took Carcomm over a week to fix a small issue, made a lot of empty promises and I felt like I had to chase them for everything.
As a company looking to do business they should aim to send me a quote sooner, I had to phone them up 3 times to request it. And then they had only send 2 out of the 3 quotes I asked for. I also went there multiple times for nothing as they weren’t communicating with me and telling me what is happening. I would not use their services again.
I saw many professional Mechanic worked there, one of a staff Mr Stacey very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you so much to send me back a perfect car, good bodywork. Thank you so much.
