Really disappointed with service. I have used this garage twice before for insurance jobs and they were brilliant. However went in for a private quote two weeks ago and told I would get price within 48hrs! Phoned twice told they were busy, third time told they were busy again as lots of insurance jobs had come in so I would have to wait. Nothing heard since. 😣 If you want a private job doing then don't bother asking. Really disappointed obviously no money in it for them.....just say can't do it sorry.

The chap on reception couldn’t have been more helpful when I popped in today, unscheduled, for a small issue following their repair of our car last month (through insurance), they dealt with the issue immediately and I had it back within a couple of hours. His helpfulness cheered my day!

We had our rear bumper fixed here via our insurance, it took nearly 5 weeks to get booked in for a 2 day job which took 10 days to give the car back and when we got it back the parking sensors weren't working. So after driving all the way over to them on their suggestion to look at it nobody actually looked at it but was told its a diagnostics problem and I need to go to the main dealer, I asked them to just check all the connections but they said the technician doesn't need to look he remembers connecting it all back up so we booked into the main dealer at their cost but had to wait another week got the dealers to tell me it wasn't connected! Not to mention that we are a family of 5 with an estate car and 2 child seats and the courtesy car we got was a fiesta so for 10 days whilst they had ours we couldn't go anywhere as a family

Brilliant service… Incredibly forward planning… from collection of my vehicle to return of the vehicle.keeping me updated throughout the whole process.
My trade many years ago was vehicle repairs .so basically i am incredibly fussy.
This company are brilliant…Fantastic repair and fantastic customer service .
It’s very hard to find a company as good as this.

Highly recommend. They collected and returned the car and did an amazing body repair.

Was referred to Gemini through my insurers for some bodywork repairs.

From the outset it was a great service; they organised to pick-up my vehicle, called me when it arrived back at their garage to go over work required and some concerns I’d raised.

Kept updated with calls every 2-3 days, and delivered the car back in perfect condition and cleaned. They even performed a wheel alignment for free to fix an existing steering issue I mentioned, which was much appreciated.

100% would recommend, and will use again if needed!

This was the nominated garage from my insurer. From the initial communication, this company have been fantastic. They have been curteous and professional throughout, and have done an outstanding job on my car. On top of the repair itself, my car came back cleaned and waxed, it looks the best it has for ages! I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if needed.

They were brilliant, they delivered a curtesy car, told me all about the car. They then took my car. When they brought my car back you couldn't see which part had been panel beaten, or painted, they done an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.
