Ended up being hit by a car in the services, doing damage to our front wheel, and ended up stranded, called about and found Russel at Panel Craft.. who came out to us at the services we were stuck at, at 6pm on a Friday, and checked the car over and told us what was wrong.
Saturday morning we had to get to his yard, which we did when he began to ring for parts, we had already been at their yard for an hour at this point with a 2 year old who was becoming harder to keep entertained. We arranged transport from a friend, which would take her 2 hours, 40 minutes to get to us.
With that Sinead, Russell's partner offered us food, drink and got out her children's toys to keep our toddler entertained while we waited.
Fast forward to Monday, we arrived back at the yard to collect the car and there was a delay for the tracking. This meant another wait for a few hours, where again they welcomed us in, offered us food and drink, and entertainment for our toddler even went as far as taking us to drop our hire car off we had to hire to get back to their yard on Monday.
This was all before any work on the car was finished, which has been done to the best standard at an even better price! We're now happily on our way home in the car, which now only has a little cosmetic damage.
They literally have saved our skin and been truly incredible this weekend and would recommend them 10000 times over for anyone who is down south and stuck or of course local to them!
