Bit of a problem when collecting my vehicle but East Bilney Coachworks done there best to rectify as quickly as possible. Overall a good service received.

I had dented bodywork with scratched paintwork repaired by East Bilney Coachworks and the completed work was exemplary. Perfect paint colour match, application and restoration; one would never know any damage had occurred. The service from the staff, particularly Jack and Dave was sublime, truly diligent and exceptional customer services. My expectations were exceeded in every way and I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

The repair on my car was excellent. However the estimate given for the time taken to repair was way out. It was difficult to get meaningful updates on progress but I did end up with a quality repair in the end and the car was returned fully valeted which was nice.

Friendly staff, but very busy, therefore difficult to park on-site. I recommend using nearby public car parking and walk the short distance, although be aware this near-by car park is time limited.
There were problems obtaining parts needed to fix cars due the the effects of the pandemic, which accounts for the vast number of damaged vehicles on site.

Was told my car would be collected on a truck as it was hit while parked unattended damage to wheel an arch but theese cow boys come to collect car with out truck an wanted drive it half way round city real cow boys stay away from these

My insurer used this garage and they were very slow to repair some fairly minor damage. I also had trouble getting through to them on the phone. I was also slightly disappointed that they did not offer to deliver my car back to me after they had repaired it (they collected my car before the repairs). There is a mildly threatening sticker on the dashboard of the courtesy car saying that you will be charged £45 if you don't clean the courtesy car.

Having said that, they did a good repair job and cleaned my car afterwards!

I am absolutely delighted with the repair done on my car which was returned shiny and looking like new. I found all the staff very professional and courteous throughout. I would definitely recommend them.

All the Staff were lovely. I have a disability car, they picked it up and returned it, as I could not do it at the moment. It's fixed lovely, they were so courteous and considerate. Highly recommend them.
