Unfortunately I have had to visit Barons a couple of times in the last month or so for bodywork repairs and I have not been disappointed.

The initial assessment to the booking in procedure was seamless. The work done was excellent and at a fair price. Vehicle was valeted before being handed back.

The staff are friendly and helpful. A first class service.

My name is Vlastislav and I am a Czech citizen, who came to Norwich to visit his old friend. Unfortunately during my visit I had the car accident, during which nobody was injured, but the car remained immovable. We took the car to Barons garage, where they deposited it and prepared repair estimate for my insurance company. In the meantime I had to come back home by plane and wait for the decision. ÍUnfortunately our insurance company found the cost of repair too high and decided to tow the car back to Czech republic and get it repaired there. All this process took more than two weeks, during which the result was uncertain and the car was in BG. When they received the final decision from my insur. Comp., they accepted all very professionally and vere very helpfull with all the process of getting the car back to CR. Into the bargain, they charged no fee, for their kind help. Let me please express my deepest thanks to all Barons comp. and namely to Mr David Johnson for their professional and human attitude in my difficult situation.
