My car was in for repair following a non fault accident and I cannot say a bad word about this garage. Clare was superb from start to finish, she was friendly and empathetic to my situation. The workshop controller spent time explaining the repairs that had been carried out to my car and following the repairs my car was delivered to my home address at a time that was convenient to me, where the driver was extremely polite and courteous.
Thank you for making a traumatic experience easier to handle. You all do a fantastic job.

work was completed to a very high standard, I was left updates to how the repairs were progressing twice a week. And when I picked the car up it was absolutely perfect.
Can't fault them at all

Nonimated by my insurer to fix my car. First time around they returned the car after 3 months in their care with some of the damage not fixed, no fuel in the tank and TPMS light on after replacing one of the wheels. After I complained they tried to blame another garage before finally accepting responsibility, they did eventually fix the paint damage but took several attempts to get all information requested and still returned the car with the tyre pressures all out of spec which I had to fix myself. A little disappointed given the other reviews, I expected better.

Referred to by my insurance for repairs after a minor accident where I was hit in the rear, initial repairs was decent but discovered months later one of the rear licence plate lights was just taped together and not replaced, after much back and forth they finally accepted to replace it again (After Auxillis made them) only to find the light installed backwards, once again taped and not working with the casing still cracked. Do not recommend.

Excellent Service provided by Steer Corby. Claire and the team were very helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole repair and liaised with insurance. I was provided with a hire car and the work was repaired in less than a week.

I would defiantly recommend Steer Corby!
