Dropped my car off on the Monday, ready on the Thursday. Very professional, quick, service with happy friendly staff. Can’t rate them enough. Car looks back to normal, and cleaned upon collection. 5* service.

Extremely happy with the service i recived. I had a small bump in my Audi A1, which i had to make a claim through my insurance. I needed a new bumper, my car was with them within a week, could of been sooner but my work commitments got in the way. I brought my car in on a saturday and had it back the following friday, nice KAI Rio courtesy car. Superb job they did, my car looked like a brand new car. The receptionist was friendly, everyone i met who worked there was friendly. I reccomend you pick this company if you have the choice, cant fault nothing

Had my car repaired here after an insurance claim - first impressions were good, prompt, courteous, work done quickly and car dropped off and collected from my work. However - inspecting the car it had deep buffer trail swirls in paint, took it back they re polished it - but it came back even worse, Also a few spots of dirt under the paint/lacquer - excuse given was 'even Ferraris have dust under the paint it's unavoidable'
In the end they covered the cost for it to be wet sanded and polished properly elsewhere.
I thought it was over, then 5 months later the paint cracked and started peeling, they flat out refused to fix it claiming there was a previous repair in that area - this is nonsense as I have had the car from new and it has never had a repair previously! So am left out of pocket having to have it fixed again elsewhere - avoid this place at all costs, I know people that have had similar experiences here with work carried out under insurance so it's not just a one off

**Avoid** abysmal aftercare.
I used them to repair body work which has had continuous problems since but they've ignored every effort I've made to contact them to rectify the issue which has a "lifetime guarantee". Not worth the paper its printed on.
