‘Brilliant service from start to finish’. The staff at Premier Metal Works are very helpful indeed. They were efficient in ensuring that they would be available at short notice to provide me with a quote for my vehicle. The process of getting my vehicle repaired ran really smoothly being updated on a regular basis and getting my vehicle back to me really quickly. The repair itself made the car like new. The quote given was also really competitive. All in all a great experience received from the team at Premier Metal Works.

Great customer service, dealt with the insurance company all the way to a major structural repair, all done in less than a week. Would highly recommend!

Premier repaired the paintwork on our Ford Focus after the main dealer failed to repair it properly. Out of 4 companies in North Wales who gave us a quote, Premier were the cheapest and the quality of the work is fantastic. The customer service was excellent and I cant fault them in any way. Having looked at some of the negative reviews left on here it seems that Premier are getting the blame for issues out of their control which is a shame considering how bloody good they are.

Helpful friendly staff, did an excellent job on the car. Would never tell its been in a crash.

Outstanding service from this highly professional organization. A quick and thorough assessment of the paintwork that was required to rectify some minor accident damage was done within 10 minutes of my arrival by Steve Edge, senior assessor. He gave me a realistic timeline which the body shop was able to keep to. The front office was run by an exceptionally competent and courteous Assistant Body Shop Manager, Natasha Adam, who maintained contact with me throughout the repair process, facilitated the issue of the courtesy car with knowledge and competence, and concluded the whole process of hand-back and account settlement to my complete satisfaction. Thank you team Premier.

I took my car here after asking Premier Toyota if they did bodywork repairs during my recent service as I had managed to bash the sill on my Yaris. I was surprised to get the car back in an absolutely filthy state, far worse than when I dropped it off. there was dust everywhere in the interior and as you can see on the picture of the door card it was really all over the place, not what I expected. The repair to the outer sill appeared to be good in fact it's difficult to tell it had been repaired from the outside so happy with that but Its a very different story when you open the door. I did not expect to see masking tape lines on the top of the sill and paint so thin that you can see the primer underneath. They make a big thing about you can't take the car until its had a quality control check so what happened here? All in all I got a competitive price but less than stella work and would find it hard to recommend this company to anyone else going forward. My wife spent at least two hours cleaning the interior, I would avoid if this is the standard.They add £10 onto the bill for a covid clean, I have no idea what they clean as my car was filthy! maybe they wiped the steering wheel with a wet wipe! Always had good service from Toyota but this is not up to the Toyota standard I have come to expect from Premier Toyota.

Natasha on the desk couldn't have been anymore helpful, she was happy to hear me vent and was reassuring that the work would be done and kept me updated regularly. The guy who gave the quote was friendly and efficient, estimate was received within an hour of leaving.

It was easy to book my car in, my car was repaired to a great standard and was even clean when I returned!!
