Crash Repair Centre

I had a car crash, looked around for a cheap price and the Crash repair centre were the best by about £300 (20%) so when i took it in I didnt expect it to be perfect when I got it back but I was wrong looked good as new. very friendly staff would highly reccomend. *****

I had the horrible experience of someone in a transit van causing significant damage to my bumper & driving off!
My poor car (that I look after so carefully - like a child) had over £220 worth of damage! (quoted by main dealer).
Having used the Crash Repair Centre previously - I went straight there & Rich quoted me a fantastic & much cheaper price.
The work was carried out quickly & to a very high standard.
I highly recommend the Crash Repair Centre for a first class repair & great customer service.

I would never use them again. I was told my job would take 4 days, it ended up being 4 weeks, they told me it would be ready by friday, then friday they said it would be early next week, as I say, this went on for 4 weeks. Very dissatisfied with them. Its different people now, and the standard has fallen dramatically. No customer care anymore, the colour match is terrible.

Backtracking and No patience

I was surprised by the service today. My wife asked for a quote for bodycare, which includes the front bumper, side bumper and handle. She was told that the handle could be painted by a simple touch up therefore it was free of charge and not listed in the quote. However, when I sent my car to the store, I was told a different story. They need to remove the handle so I have to pay for that. I was confused so I rang my wife and she spoke to the reception directly. They got conflict stories. The funniest thing is: while I was discussing with my wife if we gonna pay for the handle with extra money, the reception just rudely told me he gonna leave it and asked me to leave. He doesn't like people telling him how to do things and he is extremely busy.

Look, I am not expert on car repair. I can't tell you how to repair a car. Maybe doing a business with you requires a recording machine so the past you can tell the future you how to do things. But I CAN TELL YOU HOW TO BE HONEST TO THE CONSUMERS AND HOW TO BE PATIENT AND POLITE!

When I shared my morning experience to other car service companies and I knew that I was not the only one had the horrible experience. I leave 1 star just because there is no option of 0 star or minus star.
