Allan and Jamie did a fantastic job on my BMW 320d. I cracked the front bumper after accidentally hitting the wall to my driveway. It needed a new bumper and a panel above the wheel arch needed respraying. Allan was really helpful when giving me a quote (Other companies around Cardiff wouldn't give any rough figures unless I took the car in to them) and the quote was considerably better then some I'd been given. One franchise place wanted twice as much as A&D charged me! The guys are really accommodating too. I couldn't get time off work so was allowed to drop the car off early in the morning and pick it up on a Saturday, which helped me out a lot. Allan also went above and beyond after he noticed a small dent in the same panel that was being resprayed and fixed it for no extra cost because he "couldn't leave it like that". Showed the guys take real pride in the work they do at A&D too. All in all a perfect service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend A&D to anyone.

Had a scuff on my bumper and was nervous about taking the car in.

Those guys are just great. I was visiting Cardiff and had a drill hole due to bad storm pushed the driver side door to a metal fob reader box. I was in Cardiff for only a day. I found A&D through local small repair centers recommendation. Alan whose the owner of the place explained well what has to be done and gave me really good deal. Supposed to get my car back the following day but they have managed to fix it in the same day. I got my car back after around 5 hrs later with a great result. You should definitely not to worry to leave your car in their hands. I was super happy and appreciate the work they have done. I strongly recommend them.

Always use A&D Vehicle Repairs, Alan is very thorough in his approach and always keeps the customer up to date with work in progress. I have used A&D on three seperate occasions over the year's and quality of workmanship is exemplary and thats coming from me as a guy who is very fussy regarding repair work and keeping my cars immaculate. Give credit where its justified, A&D are very very good and in this day and age is a rare commodity.

I had pointed out areas to be sprayed within the car they agreed to get it all done when I took the car to let them look since things have gone up they totally forgot the price I was quoted and said "Oh due to price's of stuff now it's £100 extra" I said no you have already given me a quote so I settled for my £300 quote in which it's all gone up to £600 now anyway took it in the main job was done correctly but they didn't spray the chipped areas just filled them poorly and hand painted like nail varnish the bits but they told me all will be mint.
I ended up taking it back in and still they made excuse that prices have tripped so my car is not finished and they know that but gave them a chance to put it right not happy at all.
