Dropped the car off for a bumper respray as someone clipped my car. Got quoted a fair price. Work was completed quicker then expected and the standard of work I couldn’t fault. Perfect.
Also they washed my car and gave it a valet which was unexpected but really appreciated. After speculation I can safely say I recommend! Will be using these guys from now on

My neighbour reversed into my parked car and the insurers sent it onto Body Perfect for repair. [1]

They collected my car from home and left me with a courtesy car. I didn’t see it again for 26 days.

They brought it back with the bumper badly fitted. [2 + 3]

I called them, they collected it and brought it back with a badly fitted bumper. [4 + 5].

I messaged them, rang them, promised a call back which never happened. Messaged them, rang them again finally ending with me forced to take it back to the insurers .

What good is your three year warranty when your company can't even fit a bumper.

My van went in for bodyshop repairs recently, Shocking service , they had the van for 4 weeks to fix a dented door! Blamed everyone but themselves, “the insurance company,parts delivery, “ the van is my only way of getting out as I’m a wheelchair user and what I can’t understand is why the van wasn’t assessed first before they took it away, then surely I wouldn’t have been without the van(a drive from specialist vehicle) whilst the parts required were awaiting delivery, that took well over a week .
Overall disappointing with the service, BUT the finished quality of work seems ok, although I’m missing a few clips from the side panels that I’m sure we’re not missing before it went to them

Historically I've always had fantastic service when dealing with Body Perfect! It's really hard to find trustworthy garages I find, however, from now on, I'll always be taking my car here for anything from tyres to MOTs, to body repairs if required! Really friendly team and it's nice to be able to know your car is in very safe hands. They're very reasonable and constantly kept me in the loop about my car whilst it was in for various repairs!

These guys repaired my vehicle through my insurance after my vehicle was hit by a driver at fault. They have done an absolute perfect job. I can’t see any fault. And wanted to leave my sincere thanks here.

I bought a car that had lots of scratches. Tried to correct myself, a no go. So Body Perfect quoted and said they could sort all the problems booking a month in advance. Take it in first thing on a Tuesday being told I could collect the following afternoon. Following afternoon comes (Wednesday), I call and they say that they're delayed and to collect it first thing tomorrow. I wait until midday before calling. The person I spoke to said they didn't know what needed doing and the person who did the quote was off ill. I asked them why they didn't mention it and why they hadn't asked me anything when I spoke to them the day before. I asked whether they'd started any work and they said no. So I told them not to start anything and then put me onto a manager Craig who told me they had already repainted my bumper. He assured me that it would be ready tomorrow. I went to pick the car up, all areas had been done however the bonnet hadn't been touched, so I touched it up and they asked to bring it back the following week to polish. I did return to have the bonnet polished, the person did the bonnet was awesime and once it was all done, the car looked much better.

While inspecting it, I noticed that the wheel nuts had been painted white and that a nut and two nut covers on my tyres were missing. They replaced the missing nut, told me that the remaining covers would be replaced later that week. I called, nothing had come in, told to call again on Monday, then called again Wednesday and so on... I decided to order some online rather than have to deal with this nonsense any further.

If you want a lot more stress and hassle than necessary, go with these guys, they do eventually do the job but I've had Body work done with way less hassle and more professionalism.
