A truly terrible service provided. They constantly failed to keep the customer informed of progress and changed the completion date several times. They informed me my car couldn't be returned as they had been let down by a driver calling in sick. When I offered to collect me car they finally agreed they had lied and that the repair wasn't completed and it would be another 3 days. Owen in particular had very poor customer service and tried everything to just get the customer off the phone. I would not recommend this garage if offered as the 7 day repair service via direct line as IRG said to me directly they do not often meet this date.

iRG repaired some damage to our car through my insurance company. I selected them as my repairer due to the high ratings they had received on social media.

Whilst the job took a little longer than I envisaged, the repair work was completed to a very high standard. The staff were polite and friendly and the whole process was relatively seamless and easy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

This company repaired my vehicle and was appointed by my insurance company. They took 3.5 weeks to replace a single body panel. But when I got it back they not only replaced the body panel but also had resprayed the bonnet and bumper and refurbished a front wheel. Sounds good until you realise that costs money that will put your insurance premium up. On top of that, they broke the windscreen tank and my car had to go back in to get it fixed. They've already had it for 3.5 weeks. So not only do they do more work than required, they break other bits.

Why can't we give minus stars to the most deserving.
I had a car reverse from a parking space into me, direct line sent it to irg, they were late collecting it, took a week to even start the work, took much longer than estimated to complete, they had it back several times to correct the abysmal paint and fit and finish issues, eventually removed all the wing and bumper etc. again to strip and repaint it and it's now visually reasonable.
During all this they failed to keep promises, didn't return calls, eventually the manager was replaced but now I have other more frightening issues. There's a knock and a rattle on either the steering or suspension which they blamed on rattly brake pads. I replaced the pads and discs and it's still there. They've had it in twice for the rattle but still haven't found the issue. I've now complained to direct line and am having an independent engineer out to look at it.
All this is between November'19 and march '20. I've lost all interest in a car that was 2yrs old and perfect which I loved, now it's got no appeal to me at all, they've destroyed it. IRG don't answer the phone, or if they do the manager is in a meeting, he then fails to return the call, eventually getting one of his minions to call and promised another call to arrange collection. The call never came so I've washed my hands of them and requested it be given to my main dealers. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!
