Mirror Image Accident Repair Centre

After a hit and run by some idiot with no sense of morality or conscience, still angry that I had to pay out for someone elses dishonesty. I took the car to mirror image by recommendation from a good friend. the car was assessed and I left the car with them. the guys were perfectly polite and helpful. I had to travel back from Cardiff to pick up the car. not only had they completed the job the same day it was cheaper than the original estimate. They guys also waited for me to arrive in the evening. That is what i call good service.The finished job was far better than I anticipated and I cant see where or how they have done it. fantastic!!!! 10 out of 10.

I've gone to Mirror Image plenty of times (for different requests) and have always had a top notch experience. The team are very happy to help and keep me well informed throughout the experience. They go above and beyond for the customer every time, I would definitely recommend.

My wife had a bump in her car and needed the repair done in quick time. Mirror image were simply superb! Great price and the workmanship was faultless. I can not recommend this place highly enough if you ever need repairs done.

Fixed up a damaged bumper and side panel quickly and to a great standard. Straight forward guys with no BS and fair prices. 10/10 if someone else drives into my car I'll bring it straight here!

Excellent repair to my daughters split rear bumper including fitting of an aftermarket set of rear sensors to try and avoid further prangs. Price was very competitive, the quality of work excellent and the car booked in and returned in the agreed time frame . I have used Mirror Image on a number of occasions and regularly recommend them to family and friends as I have always been very pleased with the service and quality of work. Mark is a nice guy and rather than just take my money, he has advised me out of more expensive repair and upgrade work and given me better value options on a number of occasions. Just a good local company to deal with.

Why leave a one star review just because youre not happy with the price quoted? I dont understand people… if its more expensive then its extremely likely it will be a better job! Used these guys a few times…. And their prices arent expensive either…. Amazing quality, done when they say itll be done, and when you have other car companies and even main dealerships recommending this place then theres got to be something behind that….
