Very professional and good at what they do.

They literally did a damage to my vehicle and kept denying. They didn't even repair properly things they were supposed to. They promised me to send somebody to talk about it. Of course they did not and just ignored me. The worst repair company I ever had to deal with. If you don't have to use them don't do it if you don't want to be totally disappointed! Definitely they are no worthy of any trust. Check everything before you leaving the yard. They just wash their hands after. Terrible experience, terrible staff, they love to lie their customers.

Good place to get your vehicle repaired

Had both my vans in excess of 6 months with estimated completion changing regularly without any communication. In fact I have not been contacted once by anyone from BP Rolls. Due to them being in repair for so long I have had to spend over £10000 in diesel on the replacement vans as mine are electric. Really not happy and was told that one of the van would definitely be ready on the 5th then I ring to arrange collection and the date has changed again.

Very welcoming reception. Assisting with onward travel also making a mean cuppa. Thankyou and Catherine being very joyful and a credit to the company.

Good Quality work, but takes time as very busy, worth the wait in end
