Sinclair Paint & Body Shop

Took my car here for an estimate and was advised that the email quote would be with me the same day if not the very next AM. Paid the £25 and the estimate was carried out promptly. 2.5 days later no email or phone call, phoned to see what was happening and was told they'd try for the end of the day. (This was 2pm) and that they were busy taking more estimates, basically since I left 2.5 days earlier. Bad customer service and I believe they should have stuck to the original agreement instead of getting greedy, it all works on appointments only so they should be scheduling the incoming and the estimates correctly. Clearly they're not or someone isn't following them up. Phoned for a refund back to my card, found the guy quite rude and blunt! I'll await the BS reply.

Thankfully I've found another Audi approved repair garage.

Lost a little faith in Audi today

Although it was clearly explained that I would have to pay a £25 fee if I wanted an estimate for accident
damage for my insurer (refundable if the work went ahead) I found out later on the Skoda UK official website that estimates from approved repairers should be provided for FREE! Not refunded subject to terms and conditions, but free, no strings attached.
A cheap trick and its left me feeling a bit ripped off now.

We have used the services here over recent weeks due to an accident resulting in bodywork repairs required for both of our cars. We have also utilised the alloy wheel refurbishment service available here. We have been extremely pleased and satisfied with the excellent services we have recieved in respect of the repairs to the cars bodywork as well as the alloy wheels refurbishment which are of an extremely high standard. Thanks to all the staff and special mention and thanks to Gary for his professional approach and keeping us updated on progress with the work. We would highly recommend Sinclair Paint & Body Shop.

Very poor repair on rear bumper. Taken in after someone bumped my car.First repair was so poor that I had to return it to be repaired again ,second repair not much of a improvement.Very poor workmanship.Can’t be bothered going back just to much hassle. Would not recommend this company.

Not impressed had a wheel refurbed here's and paid top money to have a good job done to keep the vw paint warranty.
The face if the wheel is tidy enough but they haven't even lacquered the back of the wheel so much for a factory finish. Now when the road salt sits on there this winter and ruins the finish I be looking to have another refurb.
Wish I'd gone somewhere else now could have had it done cheaper and better job.

They are without doubt one of best, all staff in the office that we met were very good an professional and Gary was ultra professional and such a nice person, a real pleasure to meet and talk to. Both my wife and self said what a great bunch of people.

I must say, everyone at Sinclair group deserves praise for the handling of my pride and joy. Firstly, Demi on the front desk for contious updates on my vehicle status and a lovely personal way with it too.
Secondly, both bodyshop manager and foreman for talking me through the processes regarding the repair of my vintage Mercedes.
Last but, not least. All the staff who worked on my car to which I can NOT find a blemish on. Again thank you to all, and I will most certainly be recommending to all my family and friends.
