Sytner Cardiff Accident Repair Centre

I was really pleased with the result of Sytner's work! I have an old Z3 which I'm in the process of restoring and wanted several panels painted without spending a fortune on the car. They really understood what I was trying to achieve and did an excellent spray job on the car and went the extra mile to replace a few decals and trim pieces to really tidy the car up. The end result was first class. There was some delay in getting the car back which I was initially displeased with but they adjusted the bill downward to compensate so couldn't have been fairer. All in all, I was delighted with the quality of the work and the service received!

I took my Mini to Sytner Accident Repair Centre this week after getting a tiny scratch "repaired" at another garage which turned into £600 worth of work needing the be done to fix the "repairs". The team at Sytner were fantastic. I took my car in on Monday expecting it to have to be there for the rest of the week but got it back today just two days later. It looks fantastic, a hundred times better than the terrible job that had been done it before and spotlessly clean. It looks as good as new, I couldn't be happier with the work that's been carried out. I'd highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

I have recently received my Volkswagen Scirocco back from Sytner in Cardiff as a result of a hit and run accident that caused front end damage. It took just under a month for the car to be returned and it looks and feels better than brand new. The work consisted of both body panel restoration and major mechanical parts needing to be replaced and re coded into my vehicle. It was dealt with efficiently by Sytner and my car was returned with no hassle - halfway through the repair I was even offered an alternative hire car from BMW for ease of travelling.

Would highly recommend the Repair Centre and the staff working there - they made the process less stressful and Jackie and Jess were always on hand to assist with any queries I had.

After lending my car to a friend for a week, it came back with the most horrific curb mark, and in my desperation to have my 12 month old M140i looking pristine again, I phoned up Ed Phillips at Sytner Cardiff and both him and Neil Jones managed to fit me in to the body shop on Ipswich Rd last minute for an unbeatable price, I live in Pembrokeshire and the trip to Cardiff just to get this done by these guys was well worth it. the finished product looks lust as good as new and they have managed to blend the ferric grey paint in perfectly. I can sleep tight knowing that these guys are at my beckoning call for any repairs to my BMW, hopefully I wont need them though!

Some warranty work and some cash work performed for me. Quality really surprisingly good. Cash job priced realistically. Car returned looking immaculate. Comms a touch off, but otherwise I'm very happy with their workmanship 4.5 stars if I could!

My Honda 2005 Honda Jazz automatic was involved in an accident and needed repair as an insurance claim. So Sytner ARC was delegated by Admiral to carry out the repair. From the time the truck arrived to collect my car from home at Landevaud till I collected the car from your premises the service by Sytner ARC was superb. The two receptionists did a great job in keeping us informed and first advised that the car would be ready on Friday 23rd Feb 2018. So I was very pleased and quite surprised when we were told that the car would be ready earlier on Wednesday 21st. I went over by bus to pick up my car. The receptionist on duty was most efficient and very helpful in handling the £ 100 insurance excess and payment for extra work done (not insurance claim) which we decided to get done at the same time. They also organized the courtesy car from Enterprise Cars which was very useful and really welcomed. Enterprise cars were great and I have already done a review on them. I hope I don’t need to use Sytner ARC again but if there were any more insurance repairs in the future I would have no hesitation in having the work done by Sytner ARC.

I would recommend Sytner ARC for any car repairs especially accident repairs. My car looks almost brand new.

I had a really horrible scratch down the side of my car in addition to minor dents and scrapes. After taking it in... honestly the car looks as good as the day I bought it.
In addition to the high quality of work the staff were great. Really friendly and helpful.
