Extremely friendly and honest mechanics, we needed some repairs done and a MOT and service and they were able to fit us in the same day we called. Very professional service and would highly recommend them. As soon as we drove the car we noticed the difference, it feels great to drive. We are very happy with the service we received and will definitely be using only Acton service centre from now on when we need a mechanic. Thank you for a great job!

I was introduced to Acton Service Centre via a friend. As a single mother it’s very difficult to find a decent mechanic who doesn’t take advantage and over price.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly, professional and built a good rapport and made me feel comfortable and kept me informed of what they were doing.
I’ll definitely go back as I require further work on my paint work.

Something different to add from all the other positive reviews is their honouring of repair warranty. We have a 2014 built Peugeot 3008 that has this seemingly problematic Prince Engine and ASC have worked hard and honestly to address repetitive issues within the last year.

Amazing service, flexible and trustworthy. I've been servicing my car there for the last 2 years and I'm delighted to work with a group of individuals that are fair and provide sound advice. I had a very good and professional customer service experience at ASC - from the moment I made a booking to car diagnostic, all my queries were answered promptly and professionally. For someone who recently purchased a car, finding the right service centre can be stressful and time-consuming, particularly when there are many options around. I will definitely be coming back!

I booked an MOT and they were able to fit me in on the same day. Really friendly team. The MOT was quick.
They have a comfortable waiting area, which was nice for a local garage.

Good on paper but be aware!
We booked this company through fixter for a cambelt change. The charged us for it the first time did not synchronise the phonics wheel which was out of sync and asked for the same amount of money again to fix. So we paid twice for a same job. They had not fitted the belt correctly and it made lot of noise in idling round 1300 to 1700 rpm when we reached out to them they said it was the brakes or wheel bearing etc on idling! Anyone ever heard wheel bearing and brakes making noises on idling? I have very little trust in these unscrupulous traders who rip people off citing stuff and do shoddy workmanship. Be informed and make up your own mind. We tried engaging with them but they take no responsibility for their poor quality of work and fix it. Basically they had not done the tension in the cambelt and serpentine belts correctly. Which is basic we had to pay 3 times for something as basic as a cambelt and timing to get done! Because we used a shoddy work place.
Devan: thanks for your response. Which is only correct in parts.
1. The cambelt was not changes anywhere prior.
2. The phonics relearn procedure for a fiat 500 is well documented online
3. The car was brought to your workshop by my daughter after fixing an appointment and your staff called and said that it's either a brake or wheel bearing issue and to start with the brake.
4.all this would have been easily avoided of you had one look at the work which was done like a q.c .
We all learn from our experience.. hope you do too. I have been patiently working and trying to resolve from September 2022. Unfortunately, we have a business to run too. And got very lousy feedback on the engine related noise from our customers. Attention to detail and a review is key to make sure we haven't missed anything sometimes. In this case unfortunately it was missed.

Asked to change a simple passenger side Honda civic 06 year headlight bulb. They said £10. Then striped the whole bumper off ripped off the side body trim breaking the links then used 3 normal screws visible without consulting me as a fix. When not happy with this they swore at me repeatedly in front of other customers then glued the side trim on leaving the side trim holes and damage to my vehicle then threatened me they would charge me £60 for fitting the bulb if I wanted a new trim. Cowboys Stay away.
