Very poor service experience.

Car booked in for a service and a safety recall plus 2 other faults. Handed car over and was told it would be sorted. Got a call later on that day stating that due to 'staff shortages' only the service had been done and I would have to rebook it back it for the safety recall (software update) and faults where they would need 2 days. Car was with them overnight anyway so they had it for 2 days anyway.

Would it not have made sense to do safety recall first and faults finding and then the service afterwards?? Or even call the customer to which order of preference they would prefer the work to be done in??

Seemed like they wanted the most money for the most expensive bit first with the least amount of work and hand back the car with a safety recall still outstanding. Will be taking this matter up with the executive customer service for Seat UK.

Car also returned a lot more dirty on the outside than originally handed over to them, cant believe they said they washed the car.

Even though this is my local dealer I certainly will not be returning to them in the future.

Car went in for a 'while you wait' MOT under my pre paid service plan, was advised it may take two hours so I went off for lunch.
MOT done, car cleaned and ready in just over an hour - impressive.
Minor issues that I asked the technicians advice on were looked at but couldn't be sorted during this visit.

Service desk team initially appeared too busy to look up and acknowledge approaching customers but then were friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience on the phone but I do wonder how far in advance I have to book my service and MOT to actually be able to get a loan car or be able to wait etc.

Unable to give me an appointment to fix my car recently. I was forced to seek an outside garage to fix it. This is the second time this has happened. I made a complaint. Provided all the info they requested and was told there'll be no compensation because the garage I chose did not use approved parts.

If you need help with service repairs etc go and see them in person, for repairs expect moonth wait, no courtesy car, .

It is really vast showroom the staff are so helpful....i was really surprised,love the showroom...though i couldnt go ahead with what i went for there but the support provided by them was just awesome...and i recommended perrys to many of my friends also....best place to buy a car.

Visiting Perry's was a great experience. From when I called to actually visiting the showroom and then buying a car, it was effortless and stress free. I was welcomed by Paul, one of the car salesmen, and he took no time at all to get down to business and crack on with my test drive. He was thorough and went over any questions I had in great detail to help ease my mind. He didn't pressure me into buying or trying to sell me anything I wasn't interested in. He took everything one step at a time to make sure the sale was as smooth as possible. I would recommend Perry's to anyone looking for a stress free experience in buying a new car.
