Had a great experience selling my car today. Was offered an excellent price, and Manny was very helpful, genuine and courteous. No fuss at all, and the whole process took twenty minutes. Highly recommended!

Good: courteous staff, no pressure.

Bad: 10% knocked off online valuation because my 9 year old privately owned car was not in "showroom condition". Also, be prepared to pay an extra £30 if you want your money same day or £25 next day - total rip-off as banks charge nothing for same day transfers.

Lazy and reactivate. Took my car in after booking an appointment online. The salesman looked for every reason not to value my car. First he started saying that my private plate meant he couldn't value my car, then said he couldn't value my car without a v5 log book. He finally said he was locking up soonand wanted to go home. Dealt with Watford North in the past who were much more professional and proactive.
