Really disappointed in the current circumstances my wife has a mobility vehicle which is renewed every three years , we were renewing in april 2022 and all the paperwork is done money paid etc but its now November and still no car weve now been told January ? and we only get told anything if we phone for an update 😢and the reason is supposedly the war in Ukraine but ive seen plenty of the same models weve ordered on the streets 22 plates but as we are mobility customers we come last it appears. eve been getting our cars from perrys for years but after this i think it maybe the last.

Absolutely awful phone to chase a part ordered for my wife’s car over 3 weeks ago to only get through to some lady on a switch board to be told I can’t be put through to the Dover branch as they are closed for stock take maybe it would be and idea to update this on your website if this is the case so people aren’t wasting there time
Also she was told the part would be in within a couple of days so how about keeping people updated if there’s a delay I myself work in retail and a quick phone call keeping the customer update goes a long way!!!!!!

I visited Perrys early January to test drive a Vauxhall corsa 2020 as the lease on my current car was coming to an end. I arrived and was greeted by Ben he told me all about the car and took me for a test drive I really fell in love with it so we went through the financial details and I went away with another appointment booked to go through everything else however there was a change in my circumstances so I couldn’t go through with the new car. I thought about it and then made the decision to get the car and luckily the car I test drove was still there! I spoke to Peter and put a deposit down the same day and picked it up the following week. I would highly recommend Perrys Dover the process went smoothly and was quick. I have been a Perrys customer for 4 nearly 5 years when I first picked up my first car from them in 2018 the service is second to none :)
