Smooth experience from start to finish. Began with a quick online chat with Wesley McBarnett. Popped in for a chat to check my options. Wes is very helpful, easy to talk to and doesn’t pressure sale. He has natural customer service skills and makes the journey personable. Communication was fantastic, with regular updates on progress of car, even if I did miss quite a few of the calls there was always another call/a voicemail or an email with an update. Pleasure to do business with you, if car sales doesn’t work out I’d quite happily employee you.
Very happy with the car, very nice drive and lovely to have a full tank of petrol!

We visited the Bristol KIA dealership this week, and were taken care of by Jacob Evans. He took us out for a test drive of the new KIA EV6, and answered all our questions efficiently. It's time for us to buy a car, we found Wessex Garages, Bristol online with a nice selection of cars to buy, we found the perfect car and rang to make an appointment to view it. We visited the showroom and was greeted by Robert Ordog our sales consultant, he was very friendly and courteous. Robert took us on a test drive, all questions were answered, he even went out of his way to visit us at our home to ensure one part of the paperwork process was signed ready for our expected collection date, and the paperwork process was spot on. Perfect transaction, we were kept informed throughout the processes. Highly recommend Wessex Car Dealership in Bristol. So proud of our new car, we wish Robert and all the team continued success.

Helpful & friendly staff, nice showroom and selection of cars. There was a slightly awkward moment when the sales rep I had met earlier seemed to forget that I had booked a follow up appointment when I showed up a week later. However, the sales and service plan reps I spoke to after were very friendly, useful and went out their way to get me the car I wanted.

Really easy, friendly experience buying a used car thanks to Mohammed, who was very impressive throughout. Would definitely recommend going to him for knowledgeable advice and attention to customer care.

The car was spotless and in a beautiful condition. Would’ve been a five star review but the car was given to us without mats, which seemed a little tight by the dealership.

Had a great experience dealing with Dan Diorazio, from my initial chat with him about the car I wanted to the couple of test drives he arranged for me. Great communication regarding the progress of the delivery of the car and when it arrived he personally picked me up to go and collect the vehicle. His colleagues got the car ready a day earlier for me which was much appreciated. I’m a very satisfied customer.
