Visited Fast Lane St Albans to have a scratch polished out of my Audi. Did it while I waited. Excellent friendly service. I would certainly go back in the future if I need any accident repair, but I hope I don't need to!!

Fast Lane redid the alloys on my mini after I badly scraped them. They looked like new when they had been done. The service was great - efficient and courteous. I went to the Brent Cross paint shop which meant they did the work while I went shopping which was very convenient. Would recommend highly.

My car was in for a lot of body and paintwork to be done. These guys easily surpassed my expectations. Steve, managed the whole process with the upmost professionalism. Drivers turned up within the window allocated. They were helpful and courteous.
I also had some work done as a goodwill gesture, they even collected my car free of charge to have my tyres balanced, which I’m my experince is extremely unusual.

My car was not ready for long was told off for many weeks and finally I figured out they have done so much damage to the car on body interior and seats. I have raised a case against them and hopefully will stop them from doing so to other customers. Irresponsible careless manager in London branch. It so upsetting if you love your car so much and damages are not recoverable.

Fast Lane carried out repairs to our Mercedes following an insurance claim. Steve was fantastic at keeping me updated & helping make the process as smooth as possible. We were really happy with the high standard of the repairs and how easy it was to have the car collected & returned to our house.
