Full marks to the workshop team who recently rebuilt my rather unusual tractor strater motor (Ferguson TED-20), works great and should now be good for many years to come. Well done chaps!

Sadly I didn't have a good experience here. They were supposed to ring me with my car issue but didn't. I rang several times, either person busy or went to lunch, no contact from them at all. I was expecting to collect my car same day. Rang at 5.10pm as told open until 5.30 but phone lines just said they were now closed!!! Finally had message first thing next day to say ready. Luckily it wasn't beyond my means but I didn't know that until I collected. They need to look at their customer service
