Really good reliable service had a ecu fault fixed no problem

I booked this, phoned it through and then was told to text the reg of the car and he would text back confirming. He never bothered, until hours later I chase it up. I should have known.
We agreed a time. When I asked if 90mins would be enough (to check continuity, check power through the wires as I had already bought new blower and resister) he recommended delaying til 1530.
I waited, phoned, left messages on ans machine, sent texts all evening and even the day after, no reply.
Very unprofessional and downright rude.
I will not recommend these to anyone

Brilliant service I've been to loads of garages before not been able to fix the problem and got charged many times for different things but took it to TW auto electrics and he got it sorted at a great price and it took about a hour! Brilliant service! 👍

TDW came out tonight after ringing many places nearby no one was able to attend but a lovely young lad managed to come and fix my car and get it back on the road in no time making sure I wasn't stranded in a place I'm unfamiliar with so thankyou really appreciate it and brilliant price especially given the time of night! Really appreciate it thankyou TDW

Wasted 2 days waiting on him to come see me, kept fobbing me off with times (can prove with screen shots and recorded messages) absolute joke of a company looking through reviews it's a usual thing

Never showed up on 2 occasions when appointments had been made. No text or phonecall to explain as to why. Received a text message late on one day after the first appointment was missed and arranged the second appointment but no show. Waited in both days for nothing
