Andy is a thorough and very honest professional. He checked everything in my car to ensure it was error free and working as it would be. Really pleased with all the additional retrofits that have been added to the car. He explained in very simple terms the benefits of the upgrade requirements that I had asked for, so I could evaluate easily if I really wanted to go for it or not. That shows his professionalism. 65 plate Q7, Got Android Auto and Car play enabled, MMI upgraded to latest version (I was still on the stock version), Maps updated to latest version with free lifetime updates. Andy was just phenomenal. He is undoubtedly an expert on everything Audi, he doesn't hard sell, gives great advice and over all a top bloke. Highly recommend him if you are thinking of any kind of retrofits to your Audi. 5 stars..

Found Audi Upgrades through Facebook. Very smooth booking and communication. Andy went through all the options available and gave expert advice. Had an OEM rear parking camera fitted and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Works perfectly but was also calibrated exact to Audi specs. Fantastic job done, all trim put back perfectly.
