Kyle did diagnostic and we thought had forgotten us, but he has been in touch and we're hopeful of a great outcome! After being promised help, we have had excuse after excuse, promise after promise, then nothing!! Disgraceful. Almost 3 months wasted!!!!!

Karl replaced the ECU and repaired the loom in my Audi A4 Avant for less than half of the price the Audi dealer quoted. I'd recommend him unreservedly.
