We paid £150 to have our window electrics repaired, and they only worked for a month afterwards.

We booked our car in at the end of July to have the electric windows repaired. We paid £150 for two and a half hours labour, only to have the windows stop working again just one month after they had been repaired. We returned the car to DJE, who after another hour with the car decided that it was a different problem this time, but they didn't know what. They said they would have to send off for a wiring diagram which would take another hour (hadn't they got it from the time they worked on our car before? And the car had been booked in two days previous).

We decided to cut our losses, as we felt that we were being asked to write a blank cheque. They'd had 3 1/2 hours to repair the electrics, and there was no solution in sight. We had no idea how much more time they would charge us for.

Before taking our car away, we asked if it was a MOT failure, and we were told that it was. Having checked with another garage since, we have been told that it is not a reason for a car to fail an MOT.

Great friendly service... they look after our car and van. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Didn't even need to take the car in. Guy I spoke to on the phone said it was a common problem and an easy fix which I did myself in seconds. Huge respect for the honesty and much appreciated.

Had a parasitic battery drain. They found the fault on the Bluetooth module which can be a nightmare to find. Also they guided me to where to buy a new module and how to fit it so I could do the job myself. Thank you DJE Auto Electrics Ltd

DJE Fitted an aftermarket head unit to my 2011 Mercedes A Class. The instructions for the head unit were clearly written in Chinglish. The clips on the car had become hard and very easy to snap. However, the owner and I had already agreed the price. The job did not go well for DJE, if it could go wrong, it did. Although the job took 3 x times the amount of time DJE quoted. Nevertheless, the company stood by their word. I only had to pay the quoted price. The head unit installation and the installation of a Dashcam Set plus independent power supply for my carplay WIFI AMAZING. Totally professional highly recommend.
