A fault message saying that the sliding door was open which in turn was causing problems with alarm. Tony found that a self tapping screw was digging into a cable harness, presumably slowly working its way into the copper since new. A difficult thing to find and effect a repair without taking all of the wall carpet off of our camper van. Thanks for all of your help and first class diagnostics skills and it was sensibly priced.
