Absolutely ripped off the money. When I took policy they were begging me to take policy for 12 months instead 3 and cancel any time for just £80. After getting bad services of them I decided to cancel and they charged me £130.00 instead £80. Dishonest.
Specially minicab drivers don't take their policy it's my experience.

An absolute NIGHTMARE of a company when you need them. Otherwise they are happy taking money from your account every month.
Will NOT reccomend to ANY of my friends or family member. I will also not renew my policy with them after being with them for 3 years.

They are a highly professional company with fully competent, friendly & efficient staff members.

I made a inssurance with Acorn and is the worst decision I have made.
After a online change of vehicle with confirmation email and paying the the amount of money I was running 2 months withous inssurance because of negligence.
I had an incident after 2 months and I found out tham my vehicle it was insured with them ,after spending hours on the phone with unproffesional agents and all the time after 2 hours waiting on the phone the call was going nowhere ,I could not repair my vehicle I paid 2 month inssurance for the old vehicle that I was not driving anymore ,no refund an on top of this a 100£ plus to my inssurance per month
I don`t recommand Acorn please paid a bit more but don`t get involve with them

My advise is that you go elsewhere. These guys are fraudulent and they will cancel your policy then charge you for cancellation. How Gocompare will allow this trickery to continue is beyond me. Be warned!!!!!

very bad service ignore i also thought for a year incurance i will send them a claim bonus but they don't seem to see them pdf file and the sreen shot doesn't end up without a claim bonus and still need to pay extra now i have to call them every day they will need to apply higher because it is not legal.

At last an insurance company that answers the phone and doesn't tell you to go online. This is what retired people want.
