My personal insurance broker GURSH did an excellent job getting me an awesome quote in a matter of minutes. Later, when someone has damaged my vehicle, he took over the claim, got the car repaired, got me a replacement car for me, and the best thing, he saved me a lot of working ours! Thank you once again friend my! This should go into your evaluation! ;-)

I hade an incident the previous period. I asked my agent what I could do. He told me how to contact the insurer and have it repaired. I did as I told. Everything was perfect. But after I renewed my insurance I sold my car and cancelled my insurance. I requested a refund and after more than two weeks finally I received a negative answer from my agent. He told me that I wasn’t eligible for a refund because of the claim in the previous period. I asked him why he didn’t remind me this issue at the time when I asked him what to do. He told me that it was written on the T&Cs. I guess he did it on purpose. If I knew that the claim would make the refund request obsolete I wouldn’t claim and pay myself in the first place. It would be much cheaper for me at the end. Yes, I didn’t read the details in the T&Cs, yes I trusted my agency, that was my fault. The bottom line is if you want to be all by yourself and don’t expect any assistance from your insurance agency and a couple of hundred pounds is not a big deal for you go ahead with this agency. But if you want a little bit of assistance and support in these detailed insurance processes as a very basic common sense I would recommend to look somewhere else. So for two months of insurance I paid 1500£. All I received in response was; “Sorry. I won’t be of any assistance from now on. “
