I spoke to an advisor Allen fox he was excellent in explaining everything so clearly, advising me correctly and reassuring me.
The other advisors were also very helpful.
My car was fixed in no time and i am a happy customer!

I spent more than I usually do on a car so took out a warranty. When the car went in for its service there were quite a few things that came up as being needed to have done also. I rang Autoguard and got an actual person answering who was friendly and helpful. I don't know much about cars but they guided me through what would be covered and what wouldn't. They then promptly paid for what was covered when I sent them the invoice. I will recommend them to my family and am very happy with the service I got. Hence the 5 stars.

Pleasantly surprised how quick and easy it was to claim for a faulty fuel pump on my Citroen. Call centre staff seem happy to help and patiently explained process, and my claim was settled within 24 hours of submission.

Very impressed - would highly recommend.

I had the basic 3 month warranty via the dealership. Since it was a free warranty I didn’t expect much help however i was surprised with the way they dealt with the claim. They payed out the claim within 3 days once everything was submitted. Great customer service and kept great communication with myself and the dealership.

Can you purchase their warranty package and rest easy knowing that any issues arising from your car would be completely covered?  No.  As with all kinds of warranty companies, you should read the small fine print before purchasing the warranty to make sure you are comfortable with what's covered and what's not.  Now with that out of the way...

I am very satisfied with their service.  An issue arose with the heater of my car.  I called up Autoguard, and the representative provided very clear guidance around the process.  I took the car into a garage for repair quotes and (this is very important!) got the garage to briefly discuss with Autoguard on the phone to clarify what exactly is wrong with my car.  It was very quick - didn't take more than 5 minutes.

After the call, the Autoguard representative explained to me what is covered and what is not, as well as next steps.  The repairs couldn't be covered in full, but that wasn't a surprise/ disappointment to me as - going back to my point at the beginning - they are just following their fine print and terms which I have read and signed off when I purchased their warranty.  In fact, I felt the reimbursement amount was more than fair based on the fine print.  They also explained to me what documents need to be sent to them after the repairs.

I followed their instructions and received reimbursement within TWO business days after I sent them the final invoice.  So really can't complain at all.

Would I recommend them? YES, but this is subject to the caveat that each person should do their homework to ensure they are comfortable with the exact coverage they are getting (again, read the fine print!).  If you don't feel their warranty is worth it, don't buy!

But overall, the Autoguard representatives I dealt with were all very polite, responsive, helpful and easy to work with.  Again, I received payment within 2 business days so I can't complain!

Easy company to work with. After only 4 weeks I needed to use Autoguard to assist with a repair on my car. No paperwork on my part, they took care of everything directly with the repair garage. Would highly recommend this company.

The warranty came with the purchase of the car and lasts for 6 months. My Audi developed an engine management issue which was diagnosed by a German Car Specialist who contacted Autoguard for a approval to carry out the repair and although the full cost was not covered Autoguard did pay about three quarters of the cost and as I had paid the garage directly Autoguard transferred their contribution directly into my bank account within a week of me sending the paperwork through. Excellent service and will definitely consider renewing with Autoguard when my current warranty runs out.

My car came with Autoguard Warranty when I bought it. At 65000mls Flywheel on my car failed, because of the Christmas holiday garages were closed, so I was forced to go to the main dealer for a repair where prices are double than normal. So I remembered that I still have a warranty on the car. I completed the claim form online, and the next day I got contacted by Graham so after a few emails and proof of on-time services he authorized a contribution towards the repair £1056. They won't cover costs in full but they help with something at least.
One week later after I sent them the required information I got the payment in my bank account. Thank you very much, Graham and the rest of the team. Very satisfied with Autoguard Warranties.
