Please, please, please, DO NOT use this company. Even though they have admitted their driver was at fault for the accident to my car, which was incidentally caught on cctv, they are trying their best not to pay the excess (which I had to pay). You cannot, and I mean cannot get through to these people...AND, if you do, you are passed from pillar to Post and constantly on hold for up to 45 minutes at a time. I would never use this company again EVER, even if they insured me for £3 per annum....scammers..!!

Ridicolus! If you want to speak to someone on the phone, book a day off from work because waiting time on hold is very very long!
There is no option to change the address on your profile, contact customer service and not only they will charge you £25.00 to make the smallest change on your policy, they will try to make decision for you! Also, online consultants will tell you that they serving few customers at the same time so you just have to deal with it and wait!!! At the end they will give you a new quote which is double what you were paying before just because you changed the address.
Terrible experience.

Avoid this company like the plague. If I could give it no stars i would, I tried to initially get my new car added I would have paid what they required they said they couldn’t offer me anything (threat was 2 weeks ago) which is utterly ridiculous. I rang today having to cancel my At the first sign of complaint they fudge and stall won’t give a manager name as contact, won’t give me an e mail address says they have 100s if managers rubbish pretentious small time company . Oh and didn’t give me a full address for complaints manager or their name. I greatly resent having to pay a fee for something when I can’t use it! Stupidity of the insurance companies astound me

Staff were polite everything else was unbelievably poor. Reported the incident 6 weeks ago, during the call they were very invested in finding out if I had injuries. Despite saying I did not they still made me do exercises and warned that it could takes weeks for the pain to happen and to call them. They passed me straight to Enterprise to have the car repaired, Enterprise could not confirm liability so referred me to my underwriter, Markers Study. They couldn't help and told me to contact Zenith again. Contacted Zenith to be told because I am 3rd party they do nothing, literally nothing and to contact the 3rd parties insurer. 3 companies, 6 weeks and hours of phone calls just to be told they do nothing. Absolutely terrible all round there are plenty of other insurers/brokers out there so avoid this one.

Spoke to Vicky today regarding my policy and she was exceptional. A credit to the company. Very friendly,helpful,sympathetic,understanding and genuine. Dreaded making the call all day but so glad i did and spoke to her. Sorted out my problem and even advised a change in my instalments which has eased my mind. She deserves a raise or at the very least, a paid day off as a reward for her outstanding customer services. Thanks,again to Vicky.

re van accident repairs.. i did not expect to have to organise everything myself. this has involved numerous phone calls back and forth between repair shop, vision, marker study, zenith, enterprise rentals. everytime im on hold for at least 15 mins. often get cut off. emails from markerstudy dont get sent. vision is a complete waste of time. im self employed and have wated hours and phone credit trying to get my van fixed. still waiting confirmation of courtesy vehical......watch ghis space. accident was in July! its now November.

Very easy to deal with. Unfortunately had to cancel my insurance policy with them due to a wording error but the customer service team were excellent to deal with, waived the cancellation cost and fully reimbursed my deposit (minus the two days cost of using the policy).
