Great service from Paris. Very helpful and patient. She and Best4 gave me a really good deal that I wasn't expecting on our van so the new buyer would have some peace of mind. Will go to this team when I find another car!

Noah was very helpful and friendly. He was also very patient with all the questions I had and the policy covers my requirements. Overall the customer service experience is excellent.

I have not yet used the warranty for any repairs and hopefully I won't need to, but going by all the reviews, hopefully should be a similar pleasant experience.

brilliant, one phone call was all sorted, break down truck turned up,
injector trouble, took my car to garage of my choice, then dropped myself off at home, garage got clearance to fix, car was back on road next day, Best Buy.

Keir was very helpful and to the point.
After an initial query by email, he responded by Phone and first check on me if I was ready to talk based on office engagements, about the Warranty renewal.
To my query, he provided clear answers and two quotes.
We agreed that I shall think over it. When I got back with a final decision, he actually suggested a better value - opting in for 2 years warranty as it is quite economical. All questions addressed!

Do not be fooled by their few 5star reviews… you will notice most are related to sweet talking you for renewal and getting you to purchase a warranty vs actually getting a successful claim….I have had an absolute nightmare dealing with the team for a claim for 2 weeks now…. I used best4 warranty since I brought my car and like many reviews my onboarding process was really good. Dint make a claim for 6 months. I was then chased to renew the contract which I recently did and the 1st claim was not approved….First they asked for pictures of the damage which was sent…then they said they would send an engineer to inspect the vehicle who did not visit for a week that too after I chasing….the claims team (Graham) mentioned that the engineer visited the vehicle and was waiting for the report which was a lie (my garage mention that no one had been there to inspect the vehicle yet)… only for them to send the engineer out later that evening after my constant chasing … was then transferred to a different team (KP or KC) who said they cannot process the warranty claim as they find it suspicious that there was a gap in the warranty renewal period and advised that my garage said that the fault was in the car before I could take it to the garage which was again a lie.. I asked them to get on a call with the garage to confirm this statement to which he said that they had their wires crossed and mixed comments from a different claim with mine…frustrated at this point with all the excuses and 2 weeks without my car I asked them to cancel the policy as they had no intention to pay … now they expect me to keep following up with their accounts team for the refund as they cannot communicate internally… absolute horror show… just being bounced from 1 place to another….it’s better to pay a bit extra and stick to the pro’s vs dealing with these goons…Hope this saves someone’s money and time….

A very good deal with car brake down throughout Europe as well as warranty on parts some exclude and priced for realistic labour costs without being too dear. Got 3 year warranty and already benefitted from it without any bother or fuss. Best 4 me certainly.

I had a problem with the car. The warranty covered parts and labour to fit plus the time to diagnose the issue. Very pleased.
