Completely agree with the other reviews before mine i have recently taken out a policy with only young drivers. Less than 2 weeks into the policy i started worrying. I had followed all the instructions as in sending them proof of drivers licence but i hadn't received any conformation that i was insured. furthermore i then received an email saying that they were planning on cancelling my policy because i had given wrong information ie; the wrong date that i had passed my driving test, which was completely false they said i had given them a date which was 7 months to early. I then told them to review the phone call and get back to me, that was 3 days ago for them 3 days i have persistently tried to contact them over the phone with no joy and there is only so long i can stand that automated recording. Today i have spent 4 hours trying to speak to them. They are an absolute waste of time.

Called them to ask how much extra it would cost to switch insurance from one car with them to a new car I bought, they said that it just flagged up in their system that I haven't sent them driving license details, the woman started threatening me on the phone, being very rude and condescending. Said I'd have to send off for a new license with change of address and give them the new details otherwise they would cancel. After trying to log in to the government website for over an hour tryin different combinations of emails and passwords they wanted a new passport photo. I called only young drivers back, detailing what I can provide now and when I can provide further information. They agreed to give me a quote over the phone which turned out to be £3000 extra?!! From a £250 car to a £650 car? I told them to stuff it, canceled my insurance with them and found a quote £2000 cheaper online. Then about a week later they took a further months paymentout. I cancelled my insurance around the 27th of December, been chasing them up for the money for two weeks now and been given the same excuse every time 'we see we owe you the money, we will send an email to our payment team'. Today I called, same excuse again, had some guy talking over me telling me he was going to hang up. Taking it to small claims court now as my car tax is meant to be taken out of my bank tomorrow, they have my money I left in my account for it, I will incur bank charges, my credit rating will be affected for missing a payment and I will be untaxed on my car. Worst company I have dealt with I think possibly in my whole life. Would not recommend to an enemy.

The app is a load of rubbish it's literally unusable so I don't use it, I always have emails from them threatening that they are going to cancel my insurance, but now I actually WANT to cancel my insurance but when I try to contact them in any way; email phone, letter, they are incapable of replying..... I just want to get away from this company ASAP!!!!! Do not go with them.

well when i started my policy the duplicated so i was paying double and the i changed my car over and asked if they could add it to my policy payments they said yes then about two mouths later my policy was cancelled and i didn't even know. Then i owned the money and i have now the debt collection company on my case but the money keeps doubling! i spoke to the manager about it she was nice she wanted to help nut didn't witch sucks but the other employs where rude and hung up because i said something about how rubbish the company is! so hopefully they get there act together or they are going to lose a lot! now all i can say is WHAT A BUNCH OF TOSSERS

Changed my address and vehicle last June and my policy ran out in august and I went with a differnent company. then receive an email this week of a debt collection company who say I owed only young drivers money for cancelling my policy mid term and I would have had quite a few letters telling me I owed money. so phoned them up and spoke to a very rude woman who kept interupting me who told me that the letters had been going to my old address and when I told her that I wasn't paying any money for they're error she kept telling me I would have had an email for every letter they sent me because they're system generates them automatically (which was a lie. I emailed the manager) and that there was nothing they could do as it had been passed on the the debt collectors (another lie) so I hung up and ring them back and spoke to sombody else who wasn't so rude and it has now (hopefully) been resolved. Terrible service, the agents don't even know they're own system and are not competent with even the most basic task of changing address and telling me how much Money I owe!

Worst company I've ever experienced, there should be laws to prevent this kind of service because they literally couldn't care about customers. Waiting times for getting through is ridiculous and beyond impossible and I've requested my no claims proof for countless months after my first year and still not received (it's now been 2 years later and I've given up after asking numberous times). If I could go back I would honestly play £500 more on top of my premium just not to use this company 100%, I counted down the days until I was rid of this company. (It's been 2 years since using this company and I'm still annoyed that I had to come back to review)

If I could give a 0/5 I would. Never answer the phone no matter what time of the day. Ridiculous admin fees of £55 to set up a claim when you haven't the option to do it online and after a week or so I get an email threatening to cancel my claim and charge me over £200 for the pleasure because I hadn't supplied my no claims....a few days prior to this the lady on the phone confirmed she had them.... money grabbing tossers, as soon as this year is up you can bet they'll be dropped like a hot potato.

Worst insurance I ever had!Had to spend hours with them on the phone regarding silly stuff, even though I never had an accident or a claim!
Eventually I decided to cancel...payed the £55 quid cancellation fee...and guess what, a month later I see they charged me again!
Absolutely useless Costumer service!
