Be very careful before purchasing a Nissan, and for whatever reason you do, never come here for a repair or servicing.

The Customer Service are hit and miss. Some of them are good, the others are just rude and obnoxious.

The technical/engineering staff tell you one thing to your face, but when you are gone, they tell the Customer Service staff something completely different.

They never keep you updated.

Requested repairs get missed despite the Technician confirming the need for repair on a video!

All the Technicians refused to come of their lunch for literally 2 minutes to listen to my observations.

Generally, this is a terrible place to get anything done with your car.

In the unfortunate circumstance that you own a Nissan [like me], please, seriously consider never coming here for any thing!

I contacted Nissan Crawley about electric vehicle options and Sales Manager, Keir Reeves, dealt with my enquiry in the most professional manner. During the test drive, he was able to explain all aspects of ownership, the various equipment options and driving modes of the Nissan Leaf. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Avoid this dealership!
I’ve taken my car for its minor service,a manual 10year old Nissan Micra and it costed £199 for one hours labour and an oil filter change.
To my disappointment the car wasn’t parked safely, hand break haven’t been used,I thought it was parked as I left it for them for the service, long story short the car rolled back and door got seriously damaged.
I asked to speak to the manager of dealership,I got told he wasn’t there. They instructed me to call RAC but Car couldn’t get picked up as it wasn’t a road accident. The reception staff found a recovery company for me to get Car away from their premises £55 plus VAT.
I refused to pay for recovery company and asked to speak to a senior manager.Got passed to Sales Manager and I got told that when they wash the cars they don’t use hand break till it dries and also when parked on a hill must be used 1st gear.Thats all total bs as Nissan premises are built in flat grounds!
I asked again to speak to someone in charge and a miracle happened Regional Operations Manager appears! He had a look and said maybe 50/50 liability as I didn’t check the hand break wasn’t used by them as they were the last people to drive my car!He said they hire a vallet company to wash cars and maybe their insurance will cover expenses for my door repair.
But 2 days later story changed.
I’ve been their customer for 5 years, paying so much money for nothing and at the end they couldn’t take responsibility for their actions.
I felt disgusted by their non existent customer service and their incompetent staff. All they want is to take your money but they won’t have mine again. Its also a shame to bully a customer for being a woman but who knows, they might do this to another customer irrespective of gender.
This people don’t follow Highway Code.

I have bought 2 Nissan Qashqai’s from Motorline Crawley and the attention and customer service I have received has been second to none. I dealt with Dawn Cook on both occasions and was kept updated throughout the order process. Nothing was too much trouble and I have also received the same level of professionalism and friendliness from their servicing department. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Recently purchased and part exchanged a vehicle through these guys.

Was a tough transaction, as needed to trade in my beloved sports car for a practical car. However, these guys made it as pain free as it could have been. Firstly, their advice was warm and informative in respect of which models would suit my needs and secondly, they were able to source a vehicle that was just right in terms of spec, year and price.

I felt under no pressure and certainly no ‘hard sell’ strategy. I purchased the vehicle through Charlie, who I found to be both very personable and efficient, in that he followed up queries, called when he said he would and ensured that all was on track throughout the process. I was really impressed.

Having trawled a few dealerships in the area, this is the ONLY dealer who approached me to see if I needed any assistance whilst I was looking around the showroom and looked at me (and not my husband) when discussing vehicle performance.

I was happy with the price and yes, I’m even happy with my practical car!

Nice environment with clean facilities, friendly reception staff and great coffee. I would recommended Charlie as a great guy to do business with and would be very happy to return the this dealership.

We bought our Nissan X-Trail from here. Great customer service from all the team but we dealt mainly with Charlie who was fab. They brought over the car from another dealership with no obligation to buy. Great communication from Charlie via calls/emails throughout the process. He went to great effort to ensure we were happy with the condition of the car we drove away, which we really appreciated. We are very happy with the service we received and love our new car! Thank you.

Great experience with Nissan Crawley - Jason and the sales team were absolutely first class in customer care and service. No pressure from team to consider a purchase, everything explained clearly and honestly and no question was a chore for them to answer. Jason is first class in his friendly honest attitude and went through the whole process of purchase from start to finish. Nissan Crawley deserve more than a 5 star review here, should be 10/10. Thank you all, especially Jason.

I phoned up around mid-late august for a full service and MOT with about 3 weeks left on the MOT until it lapsed.
I was told they don't have any appointments until end of September at the earliest.......

Never really felt valued by Nissan. The only time they 'cared' was when I was buying the car and that's for obvious reasons, since then they couldn't care less.

Do yourself a favour, save time and money and just take it to a local dealer. Nobody cares these days if you don't have full nissan service history anyway, those days are gone!

All in all, save the grief and go somewhere that cares where you don't have to book your MOT 1.5 month in advance!
