Brilliant service. Placed an order late in the day. Sent an email to confirm it was still going out today which they confirmed it would. When I realized I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item, I called them in a panic. They said it was on the courier van when I called but he said I'll grab it if I can. Called me back about 5 minutes later to say he was able to get it off the van and was able to correct the situation!

I was looking for some stainless steel hinges to match ones on the back of my box van and these were identical. Paid a bit extra to get next day before 10:30 delivery as I wanted to crack on and get the work done. Goods arrived before 10.00 so I was delighted. Impressed all round.
