Something isn't right. It's a small, family business and it could be someone is having health/personal issues, which in that case would be regrettable. However, that doesn't help me. A part I ordered ten days ago hasn't arrived and no one answers the phone and the emails bounce back. I'd be panicking if I had paid for an engine, or another large-ticket item. Right now, I'm stuck mid clutch change. I'm going to try to get a refund for my part and order direct from the USA, as it would have arrived by now.

Several weeks on, still no reply and STILL no one answers the phone. I can either try to get my 35 quid back via the legal route, or just put it down to my first bad experience. I've had so many parts from JEGS, Summit, Rock Auto, etc. in the USA without issue. I would recommended avoiding them for now until they sort themselves out.

Terrible company to deal with. Won't answer phones, emails or texts.
Sent cheap knock off parts not as advertised. AVOID

Avoid, been waiting since July, won't respond to phone or emails. I'm no having to go through Paypal to attempt to get my money back.

Not sure if I will use again 🤔 order missing parts and bits went on car then had to be taken off again!
