I have always found all the shop staff to be very friendly and helpful. However this weekend when enquiring about an exhaust replacement the gentleman in the workshop was totally opposite .Today being Monday I have had my exhaust fixed at a local garage where the staff couldn't be more helpful and at a much better price than quoted by Wilco. It does pay to shop around.

Friendly experienced staff, all ways willing to help and give advice. Good prices and want they don't have in stock in normally next day.

Went to enquire about a slow puncture and was told that it definatly couldn't be repaired and was looking at new tyre at £40-50 without even taking it off. Went to Kings Lynn tyres for a second opinion who said it could easily be fixed and repaired it for a tenner! Would not recommend!

Fantastic service. I had trouble getting the right wiper blade from Halfords; they got the wing part several times. I found Wilco online and visited. They did not have the blade in stock but got it in a couple of hours. I just took delivery and fitted the blade. All done in one visit and at a good price. Perfect.

I brought my bike into the store on sunday .i needed a new tyre .they didnt have any in stock but checked but to see if anything was available near by. It wasn't, but all the staff working there were very friendly and very helpful, especially TOM. Who ordered me a new tyre from e bay on his own account,he didnt have to do that and went above and beyond. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I will go into that store when ever i need anything.

Brilliant staff who know their stuff but quite pricey

I use to use Wilco for everything a good few years ago but found the attitude of the tyres & exhaust side getting worse and worse to the point where they were obnoxious and I begrudged giving them my business.I have always found the shop side fantastic and only too happy to help and continued to use the shop for parts etc.

I had a flat tyre today and begrudged taking it to them as I was expecting the same treatment but they were on my way so thought I would go in and see. Two young (showing my age maybe) lads behind the counter and they were absolutely fantastic! good attitude, knowledgeable and professional and even put the tyre in the back of my van for me. 5 star service from 5 star employees

Good small retailer with high stock level. Young lads work in there but friendly and helpful. Prices competitive with Halfords . Will give discount for large purchases if you twist their arm. Located at the right end of town for me, saves drive around or through slow traffic. Easy to pull in and park outside the front local business worth supporting.
