Halfords - Chorley

I went in today for help with replacing a car bulb. Was dealt with by Connor and Declan. They installed the bulb quickly and were both very friendly and professional. I was very happy with the service I received.

You can shop inside and there is a one way system on the entrance/exit.

Was booked in for a bike assessment and as I normally cycle out for miles from home on my own, I wanted to check certain things that my bike was doing was okay and not a cause for concern. The lads checked it over and the manager, Tony, gave me advice on what to look out for, and how I would need to adjust my bike to make it easier on my joints (which he helped find the part and told me I can come in whenever for him to sort it out for me). He was so helpful and great to talk to as we even got talking about triathlons. He dealt with the other customers brilliantly as well; during stressful interactions he managed to make it more light-hearted. He was definitely passionate about his job and we would all rather be out cycling than going to get our bikes checked over, but he made it an enjoyable and informative experience.

Once again excellent service for Halfords. The two lads were polite, helpful and seems to have real pride in their work. They certainly went the extra mile. Checked my brakes and plumbed my tyres up before giving the bike a inspection and wipe down. They gave practical advice, without pushing any products. Got a couple of bottle cages, inner tubs, and screws. All easy to fit and lightweight. Will definitely be back.

I received an email to advise me that my online order had arrived in store. When I arrived a young female member of staff was dealing with another customer. She looked over a couple of times but made no effort to find a colleague to help me. As a result I went to find someone who was very nice but after checking the computer told me that it wasn't in store. I asked him to double check so he asked a colleague who found the item
The lad I dealt with was very polite however, overall it was a shambles. They need to up their game.

Great experience in Halfords Chorley today!!! Took our child’s bike for a trade in but it wasn’t eligible for it. However, Connor checked it very meticulously , fixed the brakes and sprayed it with bike protect with great care and attention, it’s now brand new .
Can’t thank you enough Connor …and your very decent colleague. Great job!!!

Excellent service from Halfords. I was served by Sam and Connor who were really helpful and friendly. No problems at all when purchasing my new bike and would definitely continue shopping at Halfords in the future.

Called in needed rear lights. Pleasant and very polite young man changed them and looked over the car for me. Service at the till was also excellent. Fantastic service and would recommend. Thank you

Connor fit our headlamp bulbs on a 2011 Renault clio, fast and with ease. Very professional, great service, really new his stuff!
Paying for this service makes it so simple & hassle free. Whilst Connor was fitting the bulbs I had a browse around the cycle sections and purchased some products.
