Halfords - Fareham

Had dashcams hard wired into my car yesterday, great customer service. I told them I'd be unable to pick my car up until this morning and they very kindly looked after my car overnight. I was very grateful for this and can't fault their work either, thank you very much Halfords team

Had a wander around to eventually find what i wanted. You know how it is, you get to the cash desk just when the guy with a 20 minute refund issue gets in first.🙃
Operator had a quick wizz through and called over manager(?) . They ran through issue quickly together and she saw me waiting. Sent her guy to another till and sorted refund issue herself.
Well done, customer awareness key to keeping everybody happy and well done for doing what many don't - doing something other than standing around.

On a Monday, I ordered 3 items which were described as in-store and available for free delivery. I chose to click-and-collect, and the website said ready on Tuesday. Later I noticed that it was Tuesday 8 days ahead! I tried to contact Help, which said my query was not on their FAQ list and suggested a further rigmarole. All last week, the tracking system said that the order was being prepared. Eventually I picked the order up after 8 days. I didn't find the system helpful.

Both rear indicator bulbs and breaklight bulbs replaced. Car checked for use with a baby seat. Vicky was super helpful, cheerful and helped with joining the Halford club scheme. Great customer service skills.

I was very happy with the service that I received. I ordered 3 items online that had different days for collection. I was kept informed by phone & Email as each item arrived. But even better all three items were delivered to the store for collection earlier than anticipated.
The customer service team at Fareham were very helpful and professional. Well done, and thank you.

Halfords have unfortunately changed their "Free Bike Health Check" to mean a simple 'M' check with no guarantee of any bike servicing or repairs provided. This significantly delayed the process of repairing my rear gear cable (which turned out to be a simple job).

For now, you'd be far better off going to a bike specialist until Halfords take on some more staff.

My car had repaired in Halfords Fareham two weeks ago, but today the issue is still come out. I really don't want to go back to Halford anymore indeed.
My car had done MOT in Halfords Southampton, next day, the car had issue which i can not start up the car, then, i had go to another halfords for repairing. They changed Battery, Spark Plug and Ignition Coils..... but two weeks later, the issue is still happened. So i think they didn't solve my car problem actually.

Always receive helpful professional advice from attentive staff. I usually home in on Ross, as he has technical experience, is never rushed and provides me with the assistance I need. Very safety conscious based on his recommendations I have made good decisions, whether its to purchase a new bike or repair the current one.
