Awful awful service be prepared to wait up to 60mins in a line around the block even off peak 😭😭😭

Very fast and affective website, but just a shame that when I went to collect my parts I was waiting nearly an hour, very short on staff and only 1 person serving, should at least be another person dealing with the collections only.

Discounted by 45% great deal very please. Highly recommended. Had everything I needed. Was treated well. Only second time of going and will go always now. So much better than Halford.

Make an order online and they send the wrong parts. Bring them back and after a week still not get my money back. The only answers I got is “you have to wait”. Disgusted of this branch.

I was checking fluids in my engine and dropped the cap into the engine bay and was unable to retrieve it. I went over to Euro Car Parts in Chessington and they advised that they didn't have any parts however 3 of the staff came out and really helped me and between them they managed to retrieve the cap for my Brake Reservoir. I have a family trip to Devon tomorrow and would have been stuck without their help. Thanks a lot guys

I needed a new rear wiper blade for my Honda CR-V and failed to get one at a few places before someone recommended that I try Euro.

They had exactly what I needed and with the bank holiday offer it only cost me £2.50 - result.

I ordered in advance on line and just picked up my order from the counter. The guy who served me advised me to try the wiper blade before I left and to come back in if it didn't fit and he'd help me if needed.

The staff were friendly and professional, I had to queue as it was busy when I visited.

Great experience and I will use them again for sure.
