Halfords - Tottenham (London)

Very ignorant, lazy and rude staff. Extremly dissappointed behaviour. Bad service specially from the guy chris and so called manager from bangladesh. We bought two cycles from which one's gear got broken just within 1 hour and shattere into pieces and instead of accommodating for dissappointment they charge £65 more. I wish all the staff were like him. Lovely Dominic deserved  5 stars! He fixed my bike at the earliest convenience (earlier than promised) and followed up with a call directly to discuss the issues I had with my bicycle. I know that my bicycle is in safe hands and if any repairs are needed in the future, I will be happy to use his impeccable skills, once again. Thank you Dominic.

Turned out what to be a disaster, to be a blessing in disguised as we left Kwik Fit N17 as was unhappy and found Halfords nearby who was able to help me with my air conditioning. Staff at counter was helpful and friendly, and staff who fixed my air conditioning was also friendly and efficient in repairing my air conditioning and checked my car. Very satisfied with the service we received at this Halfords branch N17. They were so helpful. Thank you to them. Will return and recommend.

The repair took 2.5 months but they never notified me so I had to call customer support several times. Once support agent contacted the shop and asked them to get in touch with me and the shop called while I was still on the phone with the support agent. I explained that to the agent and asked them to arrange the shop to get in touch with me again but I never heard back. A month later a called them back and found it that the bike is ready. Took 3.5 months in total while the estimate was 2.5 weeks.

A month after I submitted my bike for repair, I got a phone call from the shop - they examined the chain / gears but didn't find a fault and bike is good to go.
I said OK and asked if they fixed the fault - a pedals fell off.
There was a brief pause and they said that they will be in touch later. I've never heard from them again.

I collected the bike and one pedal was replaced but the other one still has a part that is likely to break.
The bike wasn oiled, brakes weren't adjusted, the tyres were flat

Overall very poor experience

Maybe because I didn't purchase any service plan, the staff had no intention to explain anything regarding the new bike I bought. She just asked me to sign the receipt and expected me to go. Not the friendliest service I have seen.

Also, I was told at online chat that every bike comes with a stand before I bought my bike but it turned out not to be the case. Worse still, I couldn't buy it at Halfords. The staff simply told me to buy it at Amazon. Unbelievable.

I went in store today to buy a battery for my vintage car and get it fitted .
The battery was fitted straight away!
Thanks to Ricardo who did an amazing job despite my being worried. He was extremely helpful in the choice of the battery, was very patient and the fitting was very well done

Massive thank you to Ricky/Ricardo and his colleague who’s name I didn’t catch. Came in for a replacement rear wiper but needed a part Halfords didn’t supply. Put me in the right direction to buy it which wasn’t far. Came back and worked really hard to manage to fix it for me. Super friendly and professional and really made my day. Can’t recommend enough, thank you so much again!

I bought roof bars, fixings and roof box for my car and had them fitted on collection. From start to Finnish it was great service from Rob who explained everything clearly and carried out the fitting. Sin carried out the checks and I was good to go. Great service on a cold night, much appreciated.
