EVERY TIME, every time I place an order online to collect in-store I am faced with an unbelievably long waiting time. I get to the store after I receive a notification informing my order is ready to collect, once I am there I have to wait (every time, at least 5 times) at least 30 to 45 mins. Short staffed maybe. The staff runs when they hear is a collection, the cage/cabinet for collections is over stacked. "we're not sure where your order is" is the most common response to my request to collect my order which I paid for! Now here's the funny part, from experience I tend to know where my order is and it has always been behind the till along with other orders, at least one of my orders is there anyway. I ask them to check the back on the till and underneath the desk but the answer is always know, they have to exhaust all measures of making me wait while they move on to other customers because my complete order was not found in the collections cabinet. After they are successfully persuaded my order is found behind the till (EVERY TIME) and handed over to me with out a single apology. btw I am very very polite and patient, but this trait is not appreciated. GARBAGE. Thank you.

I purchased a Halfords brand of Polarised Sunglasses, which retailed for £15. I was pleased with the quality and price, but it was also due to the positive reviews that led to my purchase. Yes I would highly recommend these Sunglasses and for £15 you can't go wrong.

Please call them before setting out as unfortunately at this site
( Chiswick) parking is limited, otherwise top marks for customer service. Well done Halfords.

Possibly the worst customer service halfords I've been to. Front of shop staff were good (hence 2 stars) but if you are handed to the cycling click and collect section nearer the back the staff talk to each other and ignore customers. I went for click and collects 2x and it must've been 1 hour combined time for items that were in stock. Not likely to visit again.

Very satisfied with the service here from the 2 mechanics: calm, well-explained, found a reasonably priced tyre and fitted this while I waited. Lovely guy helped fit it back on the bike and then put it into the back of my car, when I thought it wasn’t possible,! Couldn’t have been more helpful. Reasonably priced too and transparent. Many thanks.

Arrived 5 to 8 on a Tuesday morning with my bike looking for a lock. Employee was kind enough to let me in early, then took a look at my bike and accurately determined what kind of lock I might need, and explained the different options. Very pleasant and efficient.

Wonderful staff. I drove to Halfords Chiswick today to purchase some bike lights for my daughter and to inform them that my daughter's bike got stolen after buying it in the beginning of October 2022 (approx. 3 weeks from receiving the bike). on my way there I saw a spider inside the car moving towards me.. I wanted to stop and jump out of the car so many times. Once I reached Halfords a staff member quickly helped me get rid of the spider inside the car and they assisted me with all I went there for. Brilliant staff thanks guys for everything. Too sad there isn't a central system where all Bikes sales are logged and so if a stolen bike is returned they won't know. Thanks nevertheless.

Visited this store with a friend to get his E bike fixed . The customer service in this store is top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A gentlemen called Mo attended to our needs and was very helpful knowledgeable and just an amazing help. I highly recommend this store for ebike needs . Thank you will be back

Time: 17:35 (1/7/2021) I asked a staff member at the till if there was anyone to help with car stereo information. I was told that there’s nobody that can help me. I asked how can I tell if the radio would fit my car, and I was told there isn’t a book to check or anything & to go to a different store where they may be able to help.
Also I was there to pick a bike up that should have been ready, but it was still being worked on after 5pm, when this was arranged a week prior. Only two stars. Quality service isn’t here I’m afraid.
