My husband had a very good experience in the store. Kanti and his colleague were extremely helpful. My husband came to assemble his new foldable bike, and they did a great job. They also recommended to get a service plan which would help to save money on future visits.

Very dissatisfied with my bike health check. Took the day to wfh, thinking they would take my bike in. I was informed they were too full and needed to come back in a week.

Also my gears and brakes felt worse after visiting. I don’t think they know what they’re doing.

Go to a proper bike shop.

I had the best experience at Halfords. Went to Toyota salon (where i was adviced on the phone they can do it within 5min) and when I went there was refused the service.

As i needed urgent help I just ended up at Halfords where not only within 30 min all was sorted but also team was super helpful making sure I get as much discount as possible. Amazing staff!

I had a positive experience in this shop. Jack was kind and helpful when I first purchased my bike then afterwards when I went to service it. Kudos to him and his colleagues!

Monica (till assistant) was fantastic. She was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Despite having a long queue and getting through more customers than her colleagues, she remained cheery and fast when serving whilst still taking the time to provide us with information on the correct products and joining the motor club for a car check. Thank you!

Peter the fitter was an absolute superstar for me today. Very knowledgeable about the dash cam I wanted, and he even moved his break to accommodate fitting, when the next available appointment would have been almost a month away. What a diamond! He explained the associated app, also. Val, in store, was also lovely, ensuring I got the right vouchers etc.

I'd love to say that I'm fantastically impressed with the level of service.....but I can't. I brought the bike in on Thursday morning and I was told that my bike would be ready to collect on Monday 21st November but it wasn't ready for me to collect until Thursday 24th. Now, that wouldn't be such a problem if the bike was having extensive complex work done on it, but that wasn't the case. It was to fit a new chain ! Something that in times previous, took less than an hour. And as I need the bike daily, that added salt to the wound.
Sorry ~ on this occasion, however good the actual work was, the time factor neutralized that. It's not the first time that a simple piece of work has ended up taking an inordinate amount of time with Halfords. I appreciate the Hendon shop is busy ~ but when putting on a chain takes my bike out of circulation for 8 days, I think I'm entitled to feel a little miffed.

I visited yesterday to try and suss out the size of bicycle to purchase for my daughter. The male customer service advisor upstairs was very merry, asked me if I needed any help and was very interactive with the music that was playing, spoke with his colleagues as though they had great rapport although I could not hear what they were saying. He seemed as though he thoroughly enjoyed his job and bid me farewell when I was going, made me certain that myself and my partner would return to purchase our daughters bike and accessories with her (for measurement purposes) for Christmas in as much as a covert way as possible 🤣
