Frantically searching for Peugeot brake pads for really old 306 and everywhere trying to sell me large pads. Unity new exactly what they are looking for and they'll be available for collection tomorrow. If I'd fancied a drive I could also have collected from two of their other locations. Fantastic service.

I ordered some parts for my car, when I went to do the work the parts were the wrong fit, I took them back but didn't even receive an apology.I lost halve a day and now have to wait until they get the right parts. Very dissatisfied.

Always good service, the blokes in here know their stuff and go the extra mile. They also have proper parts, tending to steer away from cheap Chinese rubbish but not stupidly expensive. I was quoted about 80 quid for Chinese brake calipers from a Land Rover specialist, Unity had reconditioned AP Lockheed (OEM) calipers for about £90 and in stock. Can't argue with that. They can get most parts in next day.

Extremely poor customer experience.
Phoned first to check stock availability, 1hr round trip to pick up the part only to be told after waiting for 10 minutes in the shop that they didn't have it in stock.
They claimed that the registration had been taken down incorrectly and it was the same make but different model of car they'd checked the part for. The registration they had taken down doesn't exist.

Very reasonable prices. Very helpful staff. Easy returns with reciepts. No hassle.

Extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me get my car back on the road
