I had just had an accident on my bike and was a little anxious when I came into the store. Dylan was very helpful and calm and reassuring. He was very quick and efficient and fixed my problem without any hassle. It didn't cost me a penny. I am very grateful for his help. I really needed it at that moment. Thanks Dylan. 👍👍

Second visit was just as good. Chris was very helpful. He did everything I asked for and more. Such a good service. I'm really grateful. Thank you guys.

It's a Halfords store...
So that means many of the prices are ridiculously high on many products which can be found at other motoring stores including bricks & mortar and online.
Quite often their own brand products are better priced so worth considering.
Staff were friendly & polite so I've given a 4 star rating instead of what was going to be a 3 star.

Amazing service. Ordered a bike and it arrived 4 days earlier than expected; they got it ready as soon as it came in and let me know right away! Extra thanks to Tom and Michael for all their help and their friendly attitude - you're the best :D

I took a bicycle for a free check and Tom who did the check was able to also do a silver service immediately. Fantastic service. He also advised on the best front and rear light. I will definitely use Halfords again with the great service, pleasant and professional attitude shown.

I would like to give a massive BIG shout out to Dave one of your technicians, last week my wife and I came in to buy some small 30amp fuses but could not find what we wanted, we collared one of your staff who was walking past and he had a quick look but to no avail ☹️

Then he said hang on a minute I may have some in my van, we followed him to his van and he very kindly gave us the fuses that we required and a few more spares.

This kind of service from your staff is second to none and we are very grateful to Dave (no second name) could you please let Dave know that we offer our sincere thanks and appreciate his kind gesture.

Went in to get headlight bulb changed as had blown while driving on motorway. Really quick service and reasonable price too. From walking into store to driving away with new bulbs fitted was less than 15 minutes

Had a new battery fitted on my car, was a decent price and very quick friendly service.
I then asked for help with my Dashcam, and David came to offer his advice. Very knowledgeable, happy to help and spent the time needed to get me sorted properly. Really happy with the service and would recommend this store to anyone as a result.

David, who works at Halfords Preston on Mariners Way did a great job fitting my dash cam (front and back). I asked for the front cam to be hidden as much as possible behind my centre mirror and he did just that, and the rear cam is well positioned also not impeding my view. He explained how to insert the memory card and how to format it and what other setting/s to adjust in order to make the most of my dash cams.
As an extra I also asked for an extra wire that was showing to be removed if it wasn’t too much hassle and he managed to take it out.
Overall, very good service and would recommend.
